Mrs. Mann brings over 27 years of public service experience. During her career, she has held positions of increasing responsibility to include Case Manager, Family Self-Sufficiency Analyst, HCV Unit Supervisor and Public Housing Manager with the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB). Then, as a Manager with the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACoLA). Mrs. Mann holds a Masters’ degree in Public Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
